Big Daddy Appliance is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of each of our customers. Most returns can be avoided before making a purchase. For any inquiries on installation, voltage, measurements and delivery, please call our appliance specialist who will help you get all of the information you need to complete your order.

Damaged Shipments

Big Daddy Appliance ships all of its products 100% insured. It is important to inspect your package thoroughly before accepting delivery. Remove the product from its packaging to ensure a complete inspection. If you see any damages please call our Customer Service Team at (718) 513-1396.
Please Note: Once you have signed for delivery we will be unable to file a claim with the trucking company.
If your product is damaged after you sign for it you will be responsible to file a claim with the trucking company. Big Daddy Appliance will not be held liable.

Defective Merchandise

It is important that you install your appliance as soon as possible to make sure that it operates properly. If the appliance is defective upon delivery, please call our Customer Service Team at (718) 513-1396. If the appliance is defective after the first use please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer can be found in the product literature.
*All products sold by Big Daddy Appliance include a full manufacturers warranty of at least one year.

Dissatisfied With Your Product

Before purchasing a specific model, it is important to measure the space in which the appliance will be installed. It is also important that you are aware of the correct voltage of the outlet you will be using.

If you are unsatisfied with your product please call our Customer Service Team at (718) 513-1396 within 24 hours of receipt. All products that have been installed or attempted to be installed many not be returned. All products must be in brand new condition, with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact way you have received them. Please remember that shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Also, if your item was shipped freight, you must return it by freight carrier to ensure its safe return. All returns are subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee as well. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners, special order merchandise and accessories.

Return Notes

  • If your merchandise does not meet your needs contact us within 24 hours of receiving.
  • If you need to return a product, you must contact our Customer Service Team at (718) 513-1396 in order to receive a merchandise authorization number (RMA).
  • All products must be returned within 14 days.
  • Defective merchandise is brand new and comes with a manufacturers' warranty, which must be serviced through them.
  • All Freight shipments must be inspected internally and externally before signing for the merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged the shipment must be refused for that item.
  • Once you have signed & accepted your merchandise, you will be fully responsible for all damage claims.
  • We will not accept returns on specially ordered products due to customer error. Please make sure you read all specifications & features regarding your product before your purchase and call us if you have any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns
  • Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
  • All shipping & handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable.
  • Big Daddy Appliance reserves the right to refuse any returns for any reason.
